What this site collects, and why.
Last updated 21 October 2026. It is short because very little is collected.
Visits to this site
Page views and referrers are counted, using Vercel Analytics. No cookies are set for this. No name, email or IP address is stored, and nothing identifies you as a person. The counts show which pages get read and which do not.
Booking a call
The booking calendar on the contact page is run by TidyCal. Whatever you enter there — your name, your email, anything you write — goes to TidyCal and to one7x (“we”, “us”). It is covered by TidyCal’s own privacy terms as well as this page.
The Pocket Desk invite list
Pocket Desk is a product we make. Its page at pocket.one7x.com has a form to request an invite.
What you give us. Your name, your email, and, if you choose, what you do. The form is also sent with your IP address, so we can stop it being flooded. We delete our copy of your IP address after 7 days.
What it is for. To decide whom to invite, and to email you about your invite. We will not use it for anything else.
Where it is kept. We keep your request as a contact in our customer records, with an entry on the Pocket Desk invite list. Both are stored on Supabase, on servers in Japan. The page itself is hosted by Vercel.
How long. Until we send your invite, or for 12 months, whichever comes first. Then we delete both records.
Changing your mind. Email pocket@one7x.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deleting it takes you off the list.
Nothing else is collected on one7x.com
There are no other forms on one7x.com, and no account or newsletter. The one sign-up we run is the Pocket Desk invite list, above. Emailing hello@one7x.com is the same as emailing anyone.
Who sees it
We see it. So do the companies that serve this site to you, because any site your browser loads a file from receives your IP address. Those are Vercel, which hosts it, and TidyCal and its content network on the contact page. Supabase stores the Pocket Desk invite list for us.
Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared with anyone else. Nothing is used to train anything.
Client work
This page covers the website only. In client work we build on the systems you already run, so your data stays on them. Nothing is copied into a database we hold.

If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live. In India that is the Data Protection Board.
